About Melissa Hailey

Melissa Hailey is a highly-successful real estate broker, trainer, and coach, as well as a respected business leader.  She is a designated broker for a boutique real estate brokerage, and the CEO of a real estate education company.  Mrs. Hailey coaches and trains real estate professionals across the country to help them reach their highest potential.  Additionally, she is the COO of a social media marketing company that helps small businesses reach their business goals through online branding.  

Melissa leads with a servant heart, and has served her profession by involvement on the Board of Directors for not only her local real estate association, but also at the state and national levels.  She achieved the highest honor of Realtor of the Year and also served as the President for the Board of Directors for the Collin County Association of Realtors, serving approximately 7,500 Realtors at that time.  

Mrs. Hailey is a member of the Council of Residential Specialists, which is the highest professional designation awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field.  She is also a Graduate of the Realtor Institute, a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource specialist, Texas Affordable Housing Specialist, designated e-Pro, and holds the At Home With Diversity designation.  Additionally, Mrs. Hailey is a graduate of the Texas Realtor Leadership Program and currently serves as Chairwoman of the MLS/Technology Committee for Texas REALTORS.  She is also active in the Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee.

If this didn’t keep Melissa busy enough, she is also an active member of Legacy Church, and serves on the School Board for New Hope Christian Academy.   Melissa is dedicated to helping others and has a genuine commitment to serving people, which has been a valuable trait in her career and her volunteer activities.
